Sunday Afternoon – all the weekly commuters are heading across

Monday – Friday mornings – daily commuters.  Before 6am there are no traffic police so it is a free for all.  Leave yourself a lot of time and be ready to defend your place.  If possible start after 6, but if you need to be in San Diego before 9, you’ll need to leave earlier than that.
